PRAYER AND INTERCESSION

At Highlands, we greatly value the power of prayer, because it is the life-line Christian being. We cannot live successfully without praying and without reading the Bible. Therefore, we greatly encourage individual and corporate prayer. We have two prayer meetings at Highlands. One is held before the service every Sunday, from 10 – 10:30 a.m.. The focus of this meeting is to pray for the morning service and to prepare the way for the Kingdom of God to be released during the service. These are powerful times, bringing great increase of the presence of God and His power in our services, as well as much freedom. Everyone is welcome to join during this prayer time.

We have prophetic intercession and prophetic worship on Wednesday nights from 6 to 8 p.m. These meetings are amazing. We continually experience a great open heaven over us. The Holy Spirit is in control of these meetings and He truly leads us into the Throne Room of God. These are times of great refreshing, revival, revelation, power, healing, revelations of the Third Heaven, soaking, and much more. These meetings are attended by members of Highlands, but also by people from other churches and even from other cities.
